Kornet s.r.o.
is a a multi-lingual certified manufacturer of machined, pressed and assembled small to medium series parts. In cooperation with our partners we provide input materials, castings including molds, forming tools, fixtures and suface treatment. We produce precision parts by CNC and to a lesser extent conventional machining, servo, eccentric and CNC forming.
In accordance with the customer's specification we provide complete assembly of components including their testing.

History
The foundation of the original factory and its machinery was laid by A. R. Breinl in the year 1873, whereas in 1910 it grew approximately to its current size.
In years 1939 - 45 it was owned by Steunbing and co., toys manufacturer, but grenades, sights for aerial machine guns and limbs prosthetics were made here due to World War II.
In the year 1946 the factory was attached to company PAL České Budějovice and a production of car accessories began - assembly keys and air filtration (air filters with metal cartridges).
In 1949 the management of the business was taken over by state owned Metalis Nejdek, where within the cooperation a production of break cylinders was added to the current assortment.
In 1958 the management moved once again - to SOE Autobrzdy Jablonec nad Nisou. At that time the company was specialized in fuel and oil filters with exchangeable cartridges (paper, felt), membrane cylinders, antifreeze pumps, break cylinders and also in military production. The product assortment was gradually completed by air suspension, fuel and oil filtration section was expanded by special cartridges.
In 1992 the state owned enterprise transformed to joint-stock company ATESO Jablonec na Nisou, where plant No. 07 in Kraslice was privatized by the end of year 1995. Its successor organization is Kornet s.r.o., which continued the tradition and built on its experience in the production of car accessories and continues to expand its activities.
